Hi Folks,
Sorry about forgetting to put in the location.
It is in Paulding County, Ohio. Since it is a
relatively small area, everyone knows everyone,
so hopefully I can convince the Township Trustees
to let me clean it up.
While I was there getting the gravemarker shots,
I also took some of the cemetery as a whole, so
the conditions really stand out.
While I understand it is a public place, I
thought by seeking permission, and if it isn't
granted, maybe I could call the public's
attention to the "great" job the trustees are
doing come election time!! <VBG>
Now, since finding that particular cemetery, I am
getting the urge to go out hunting some of the
other "forgotten" final resting places in this
county!! I'm sure there are more.
The thing is, the family I am researching was one
of the pioneer families in the county and some of
the stones in that small cemetery are the final
resting places of 2 of their daughters and their
families!!!
Thanks Again
Jan
