Y'know what the biggest problem is for some of us? Our email window is
small and because we are in such a hurry to get the answer back and don't
see the 'junk' below, we forget it's there. I only go through about 75
emails a day and respond to at least 5-10. Thanks for the reminder! (But
I'm sure you'll have to do it again, er...remind us, that is)
