Hi everyone,
I heard from Michael Trinkley at the Chicora Foundation and he, knowing
how active Tomb With A View is in cemetery preservation, asked if I could
help let people know about this dire situation...

"On January 11 we read an article in The State entitled, "Graves on Golf
Course Site Concern Officials." It reported that the City of Columbia's golf
course on Slighs Avenue in the northeast part of the city was being built on
top of the graves of patients of the S.C. State Hospital."
