Hi Everyone,

I have a couple of questions and I'm sure there are experts out there who can answer them.

First.

What is the correct way to clean headstones? Is it ever acceptable to use a pressure washer?
If so, how much pressure should be used? Is it different for different types of stone? I need
opinions of "experts" in headstone preservation to present to the director of a very large
cemetery.

Second.

Is there anyone out there who can help me with a cemetery near Canaan in Jefferson County,
Indiana. It was cleaned up and it really looked good but the people around it have turned the
cows loose in it again and it is kink of hard for me to do anything from Texas. I have the name
of the church that owns the cemetery and I have been told that materials for a fence had been
offered but I'm not sure who told me that. The cemetery has been marked on the plat map as a
cemetery and still the cows run loose in it. HELP.

Thanks in advance,
Jeanie in Texas
