Would SKS please try to find an A. LINBERG in the 1900 census?

I've been unable to find my gf in 'any' records prior to his Dec. of Int.
in 1903 and an arrival manifest in 1904 in which he claims to have
originally
arrived in 1899 and have been in NYC through 1903.

I'm sure he was gathering 'frequent sailor' miles jet-sailing back and forth
over
those years since 2 of my mom's siblings were born in 1900/01 and 1902, in
Russia.

Gf claims, on that 1904 manifest that he was 'going to' a cousin, A.
LINBERG,
at 22 Suffolk St., NYC. It's in Manhattan, btw.
