You are correct in your 1910 lookup. Jens is also there in 1920. That would
be Chinook, Pacific County, Washington (the state). His children seemed to
be in Oregon.

Please I am looking for a family emigrating to US about 1885, the name of
the family head is Jens Lauridsen. From Danish census at 1890 we see his
children all are at their grandpapa. When child no 2 has her confirmation
the pastor wrote “daughter of late Mette Katrine Nielsdaatter, the father
lives in US”. May be they both went to the US because we are not able to
find the wife’s death record.
If you follow the link above you see Jens Lauridsen on the 13. Oct. 1897
leaving Liverpool for Philadelphia. (line 10-14) He is now American citizen
obvious collecting 4 of his children. Arriving Philadelphia on the 24. Oct.
1997.

Please could you verify that the two censuses concern Jens Lauridsen?
Please could you suggest me a hint to get on to his descendants?
The reason for this contact is that we are cleaning up the cemetery at our
church yard. Her we found a tombstone for the parents of Jens Lauridsen
and
lookups show that he has been the mayor of our tiny society. During my
search amongst the family her locally I found that the obviously ware not
aware of relatives emigrating to the US as outlined above.
