Once again I am having trouble downloading. I must be doing
something wrong; Trying to pick up on v. 2.22 cftw-win (95) have gone
into web site: http//www.cf-software.com and then clicked in the
appropriate spots to download v. 2.22....etc. I am asked whether to
"open file" or "save to disk", and I never know which I am to do to begin
with. This time I marked 'open file'and it seemed to download and took
about 10 minutes........then came a C:\ with a request for 'location of
names-g.exe' to enter the data.....I clicked to have the file 'searched
for' and eventually wound up with <C:\cftw\WATERS> and a statement that
this is not'names-g.exe'location....what is the 'names-g.exe' portion
for......I didn't put that there, the computer did?
What are the step by step methods for downloading these versions
with the changes we all need? This seems to be an ongoing problem for me
when I try downloading into cftw. Please help. Thanks so very much.
