Subject: DOS Memory settings- HELP

I'm running the old DOS version under Windows 95 and yesterday I
installed a new CD-ROM drive. Everything seemed ok until I tried to
access CFT. I get an Error code 8 Innsufficent memory and DOS Code 0.
I had this problem about a year ago when installing a new HD and fixed
it but don't remember what I did. Can someone help?
