In my family we have the 'de Broglie' family. I have followed the
convention started by Ira away back in ver 1.0 of using the slashes, i.e /de
Broglie/ as this name would always be found under 'd' in phone book, or
under 'd' in an internet search. Where I get into problems is with
hyphenated names e.g. Vandervoort-McKay. Too long for GEDCOM.
