I have posted Ver 3 Beta 4 on my web site (July 10, 1999). I have not fixed
everything that I have on my list to fix - but thought I would post it
anyway - so everyone can play with it some more.

I am hoping that I will not need to change the internal data structure any
more. If I don't then it could be safe to begin keeping live data in it.
But before we make that decision let's wait for a few weeks and see what
feed back I get.

Even if you have submitted ideas, suggestions, bug reports in the past,
please don't assume that they are already on my list. Resubmit them if you
don't see what you want in here. Sometimes my memory needs to be jogged -
although I do have a lengthy list of things I still intend to do here.

[There is an internal time limi in this Beta 4 which will not allow it to
work past Jan 1, 2000. I put it there so that people would make sure to get
the newer version by then.]

Sorry for not posting a clearer list of what I have done to this beta since
last beta - time is limited and I've got to go.
