I have noticed that some people use "Of Youngstown, OH" or "Of London,
England" instead of "Youngstown, OH" or "London, England." It appears that
these have the same meaning, but obviously the sort in the Place Name
Editor does not work.
I also often see. ", , , OH" instead of "OH" indicating missing City,
Twp., Co., entries. Is there an advantage to this or a GEDCOM convention
that works off these commas?

I little uncertain as to your meaning. Can you give an example?
