I know of one instance in which in-breeding was bad. It is what caused
so many members of royal families of Europe to become "bleeders". That
isn't the correct term. but at the moment it escapes me. Might be
Hemophylliac? Anyway, it was in the family, and the in-breeding caused
it to spread among many royal families. Or so I learned in biology, a
long time ago.
