I checked the Index of Settlers of Quebec from France (from before 1825)
and came up with the following origins:

GUIGNON dit GAGNON, Jacques from Laleu, parish of St-Pierre (province
probably Aunis or Saintonge)

GRIGNON, Antoine and
GUIGNARD, Laurent both from La Rochelle, province: Aunis

7 GUYON from Mortagne-au-Perche prov: Perche, parish St-Jean
2 GUYON from Guemen, - Penfao
1 GUYON from Bertric-Buree, prov. Perigord, parish St-Andre
1 GUYON from Tourouvre, prov: Perche, parish St-Aubin
1 GUYON from Oleron, (Ile d'), prov: Saintonge, parish St-Pierre

This will give you some areas to start looking in France. Hope you find
them.
