o.s.p. probably stands for obiit sine prole meaning he, or she, died
without issue.

I know someone on this list will be able to help with this. I'm
transferring files from a gedcom into my family file and I'm running
into 3 abbreviations of which I have deduced the meaning. If I'm
wrong, could someone please let me know?
I'm assuming that:
ob. juv. is died as a child
ob.innupt. is died without marrying
o.s.p. is died without children
Thank goodness for First Year Latin and a lot of years of French!
Thanks,
Pam
