Hi All,

Wondered if any of you knew what 'soaper' meant... in this context:

Louisa TOUZEL aged 2 living with another family (not related by the
looks of things) under 'relationship' it has the word SOAPER!!!
Her sister? Carrie - aged 1, same household, is also described as
above...
