Thanks for the replies to my query regarding Guernsey confectionery manufacture.(I emailed a thank you to Margaret Edwards but it didn't get delivered, so please accept these thanks.)

I have been told of a book "The Secret History of Guernsey Marmalade" by James Keiller, published by La Societe Guernesiaise. It would be interesting for me to get a copy of this. Is there a contact address for this society?
