From the information you have given (copied below) I would read the name as
being Philippe son of Philippe DE STE CROIX and Anne LE SUEUR his wife -
Philippe junior's surname being de Ste Croix.
The father's surname has not been repeated as the child will carry his
father's surname, and that his mother will keep her maiden surname.
Listers please correct me if I'm wrong!
