I have a Lilian Annie BUESNEL d/o John Gallichan BUESNEL born c. 1886 St
Saviour (helpfully appears in 1901 as Silvian BUERNEL). Do you have a
details for the marriage to Alfred DE LA HAYE?
I believe that Lilian Annie and Clement BUESNEL (m. Rachel GODFRAY) are 2nd
cousins once removed. Lilian Annie born St S c. 1886 d/o John Gallichan
BUESNEL and perhaps Mary A. of Alderney. John Gallichan BUESNEL born
Grouville c. 1855 apparently s/o Charles BUESNEL and Sophie GALLICHAN. Chas.
BUESNEL bapt. St Mn 21.07.1811 s/o Clem. BUESNEL & Eliz. PALLOT. Clement
BUESNEL bapt. St S 15.08.1762 s/o Clement BUESNEL & Eliz. LE BRETON. I
believe that Clement m. Eliz. LE BRETON was firstly married to Marie LE
BRETON - their son Jean bapt. Grouville 30.12.1759. Clement BUESNEL bapt.
Grouville 08.09.1793 s/o Jean BUESNEL & Eliz. PAYN. Clement BUESNEL bapt.
Grouville 1827 s/o Clement BUESNEL & Eliz. LE GEYT - this Clement bapt. 1827
then married Rachel GODFRAY.
This is my interpretation of the records - listers please let me know if you
disagree!
