Hello John,

Many thanks for the effort regarding Judith Hallouvries. I have already
tried John Fuller's List, but as you say there are no researchers for the
Hallouvries family - which is a great shame. I know that many Australians can
trace their Guernsey roots back to this marriage. Unfortunately I have not been
able to find the parents of Thomas Torode b. circa 1770, and am therefore not
able to take this particular line back to the St Saviour Torode's of the
16th century. The fun thing with genealogy is that you are never finished with
your research.
