The first date is likely to be the date of a baptism "en particulier" or "à
la maison". Private baptisms were quite often conducted at home when a child
was thought unlikely to survive until it could be taken to church on a Sunday.
The second date is when the child was presented at church by his godparents.
Henry was probably born only days before the first date (which happens to
have been a Sunday).
