Hi to the transcribers and list,
I have most of the pages done and posted, so you should receive them in the next week. I have photocopied the pages and sent a blank CD for return. I have now worked out your reward! When all the CD's are back, I will reasemble the Index in 'word', add on any bits and pieces, put the whole lot on a CD and send you a copy of the complete index. Producing the book will be a much longer affair!
Don't worry about the way the Index is made up, because it will be in 'word' I can edit it.
