I have a little extra detail, though very sketchy!



All from Guernsey, Channel Islands



>From St Sampson Marriages index 1713-1800.



Groom: GIRARD William

Groom's father: Pierre

Groom's Parish: Castel

Bride: Susanne Hallouvris

Bride's father: Thomas

Bride's Parish: St Sampson

Date: 2 January 1792

Parish: St Sampson. (sometimes the Valle Parish was also put in the same index)







I also have:



>From St Sampson Marriages index 2/1/1800 - 2/3/1889.





Groom: GIRARD Pierre

Bride: Elizabeth Hallouvris

Date: 25 March 1816





Do you have any data on the Hallouvris' ?

Hello all,







I have been researching the Hallouvris (spelt in various guises!) in

Guernsey, and have come to a dead end after 1901 when Daniel seemed to be

the last male of that name in the island.







Does anyone have any more info on Hallouvris’s please?
