Funny you should mention that as it crossed my mind as well. Checked
baptisms in St Helier to see if there were any matching JOURNEAUX mothers
with similar sounding children.... no luck.
As mentioned the St Helier birthplace may be a red herring but certainly
worth starting there. However if you get the birth certificate it should
confirm this for you.
I checked where Charles F. WEBB was in the 1891 Census and he appears to be
living with his parents and siblings. Interestingly there are two Charles
F. WEBB's born within a year, or so, of each other!
