I know it is probably my southern hemisphere ignorance but why have 2
separate Wikis? Many Channel Islands families have links to both Islands.
Why not have the one to cover both Islands. I must admit that I don't
understand the separation of the 2 Islands when it comes to this sort of
thing. I know that they are governed independently, but they are both part
of the Channel Islands. Not to mention the Islands of Sark, Alderney and so
on. Where do they fit in? I can see that 2 different sites will create a lot
of duplication of information. Why not put Island rivalry aside and create
one fantastic site.
Probably my southern hemisphere ignorance again, but can someone please
explain the meaning of Donkipedia. To me the name conjures up the image of a
Donkey. You obviously have to be an Islander to understand it.
