Hi Diane, many thanks for your reply. The birth registration is certainly
a possibility. No, I don't have a death registration for Alfred Savelle,
can't find one anywhere up to 1944 to be sure.

Hi Ann,

It's probably a long shot, but there was a William John L. Saville
registered in the December qtr 1901 in the district of Kensington. The L
could stand for Le Mesurier. Details of the birth registration are below. I
had a look on the Rough Index for you but nothing came up. Do you have a
death registration for for Alfred Savelle?
