Guernsey Gauche, sliced, with rich yellow Guernsey Butter, Yum, Yum. I
usually buy several and bring home with me. That will perk your droopy
petals up Rose!
It is a bit of family history as I think there is only one baker in Guernsey
that bakes Gauche. I expect there were once a lot.
