Hi

CI births,etc are separate to England. Registration in the CI did not begin until the 1850's or so - different dates in different islands. So records before this are the parish records in Jersey. A lot of these records are held by the Jersey Archives Service, however, only St Helier baptisms have been put online. You might like to contact the Channel Island Family History Society or search the online catalogue at the Jersey Archives to see if they are of any use.
