Dear Dennis, I am glad you had success with the Giessen! The names I am
searching are SHANAHAN and CARR and FLANAGAN in the Widnes area, I have
them on the 1881 and 1891 census. Flanagan is my grandfather's sister's
married name, she was listed on my great grandfather's death cert. as
Johanna Flanagan. I realize this may be quite a search and I do
appreciate the lead on www.192.com if this would be too much then I will
