Hi Laura
I have a book called "Sidelights of Tranmere" by J E Allison. published by
The Birkenhead Family History Society in 1976. printed by Birkenhead Press
Ltd of 3 Grove rd Birkenhead.
There are several pages on Tranmere Hall.
Tranmere Old Hall 1600 to 1860
Tranmere New Hall 1818 to1936.
Only thing left is the Tranmere Cross which is located in the entrance to
Victoria park.
Another book is "Birkenhead of Yesteryear" by Carol E Bidston 1985 ISBN 0
904582 07 8.
This book has lots of photgraphs including one of the Old Hall. Published by
the Central Library Borough Rd Birkenhead,
