Good evening - (Aussie time)! Just to introduce myself and my mother, to
the 'group/list' My name is Tony Smith (John Anthony) and my mother's
maiden name was Goodwin (Elsie Povall) and this is where the search begins!

Mum is 89 years old and I am 51 and we were both born in Birkenhead. We
are both very new to the internet so you wil have to excuse any 'irregular
behaveour'.

Mum has just begun to "surf the web"! and will be corresponding with you
all in an endeavour to create a 'family tree' for the Goodwin family.
