Hi listers

I have a certificate stating a hospital in the Wirral but it is barely readable. Is there anyone who could help me to find it's correct name, it's location and if it is still there.

It appears to me to read : Clatheridge County General Hospital, Poulton - Bin - Spitas, Bebington U.D.C.

Have I read it right !!
