Hi All,
I hope someone can help me. I have been checking the Cheshire Marriage
Indexes on line but cant find my family.
Orlando ADCOCK married Anne HENSHALL Dec 18th, 1848 in Tarpoley,Chester,
Cheshire. This marriage is not recorded either in the East Cheshire or West
Cheshire Indexes. Has this area been covered yet?
Also Anne's parents were Thomas HENSHALL and Sarah HASSALL. They were
married in Acton by Nantwich. Thomas was murdered in 1840 in the area of
Huxley near Tiverton and Beeston which I understand is near Tarvin. I am
trying to find a remarriage of Sarah but the ones recorded in the indexes
seem to be over the other side of Cheshire. Again has this area been indexed
yet?
I would love to hear from anyone one interested in the names ADCOCK, TILL,
HENSHALL, HASSALL in either Cheshire and Staffordshire
