Hello Listers,
I am still looking for my g g grandparents who were supposedly born in
Stockport. If anyone has a list of births or baptisms in Stockport, could
they please look up John WORTH, born in 1824 and Maria BARBER, born in 1825
(according to their tombstones)? And I would love to hear from any of you
who have either of these surnames in your tree from the area of Stockport or
Wilmslow. I know that John and Maria were married in Wilmslow in 1845 and
left for America shortly thereafter.
