Hi all,

I have recently received two marraige certificates, both from 1843, upon
which, the age column is filled in with "of full age". What a dissapointment
as I hoped to them go searching for their births in the appropriate year of
the Parish Registers.

Can anyone suggest why the actual ages would not be filled in - and whether
it is possibly to guess an age range for this particular statement.
