Hi Gail

Just because someone was a criminal and executed (you could be hanged for
poaching rabbits not so long ago) wouldn't have prevented you from making a
Will nor for it to be proved. Of course quite a lot of criminals probably
didn't have anything worth leaving by Will ! For really tasty traitors it may
be more difficult as their property could well have been 'attainted' and
forfeit to the Crown
