On the 8th ult at Leipzig Joseph DIGGLES grandson of Mr DIGGLES Bedford
street, in the 22nd year of his age

On Saturday the 28th ult at Malpas Mrs NICKSON widow of the late Johnathon
NICKSON Esq

On Monday the 30th ult at Highgate London (within 24 hours) John ROLFET aged
96 ------ CLARKE aged 89 and John ROOTS aged 79 whose united ages amount to
264 years. ROLFET had pursued his daily labour upon the public roads, up to
Saturday week and on receiving his wages said he feared he should not be able
to go to work again: he had a tremendously strong memory up to the day he
died, and boasted that he had never known a day's illness. ROOTS had been a
constant watchman forty six years and was on duty night before his death

On Wednesday the 1st inst at London Mr John NORBURY only son of Mr Thomas
NORBURY of Holywell in the 31st year of his age

On Monday the 6th inst at his cottage in Eastbourne Sir Arthur PIGGOTT MP and
one of His Majesty's Counsel learned in the law, in the 69th year of his age.
His strict integrity as a barrister is well known to the public, and we
believe, he has been for a considerable time the father of the bar. He was
Attorney General during the Grenville and Foxite administration
