Does anyone have any early records (ie early-mid 1700's ?land tax or similar) for Alderley/Over Alderley areas who would be willing to do look-up names for me?

Can anyone tell me who the local Lord or Estate was (covering Over Alderley) at this time. Perhaps the relevant Estate records would provide the info/names after.

Have checked out (Helen & Ron's) website of (some) Alderley inhabitants already: http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Plains/8555/aldsrc.html - but no 'hits' .

PS Good website/list if you're looking for Alderley inhab's mid 1700's-1800's.
