Common in my family, Peter. By his second wife my great grandfather had
William Arthur PICKERING Duncalf (my great great grandmother was Ruth
Pickering), James MERCER Duncalf (Mary Mercer was my g g g grandmother) and
Richard THELWALL Duncalf (g gfather's second wife was Minnie Elizabeth
Thelwall although two of her sons told me her maiden name was White! A bit
of a mystery here.) He also called a son John Kingsley Duncalf - he was born
in Kingsley near Frodsham! Very helpful!
