Hi, Julie-Ann,
You don't say if you have accessed the 1881 census. I have, I think, found
your Eli before he got to NZ. I looked for his father, Joseph, but there are
86 listed for Staffordshire. Regarding Frost there are over 60 listed for
Macclesfield in the 1881 census. If you get anymore info and require a
further search of the 1881, please come back to me off-line.
