The Census Surname & Location Indexes are produced by different FHS and
available from The Family History Society of Cheshire. If you visit their
website it lists what indexes are available on microfiche/booklet.

I have the 1851 census Surname & Street Index - Volume 5 booklet
(Altrincham Registration District).

If you are interested in a look-up in the 1891 census I have the Surname and
Location Index for Altrincham Registration District on microfiche. I also
have the 1891 census transcriptions (RG12/2822-RG12/2826) covering
Altrincham, Ashley, Ashton-upon-Mersey, Baguley, Bowdon, Dunham Massey,
Hale, Sale, Timperley and Sale Industrial School.
