Hello Listers

In the Index to Cheshire Wills, John LATHAM who died in 1768, is
listed as 'of Tetton, Warmingham'.

I've found Warmingham only a few miles from Middlewich, but
can't find Tetton.

Is it a small village/hamlet or some such? Or is it the name of
a farm?

Would someone be able to help, please?
