1) Click on the "Show details" button next to the binoculars to
switch on the full details of a household. Click again to turn them
off. (also achieved by pressing the F9 key)

2) When you save to a file, all the details should automatically be
saved, including relationships and occupations, whether they are
showing on screen or not.
