Try looking in the browser "History" for the day you remember doing it -
your browser may well have remembered the site and logged it in the history
folder

The other day I did some research on the web and found information about
some of my relatives, and then I printed out the application forms for
applying for a birth certificate and a marriage certificate, and have since
sent them off with the appropriate fee.

The address I sent the forms was to the GRO in Southport, but for the life
of me I can't find the site where I submitted the details in the first
place. I thought I had book marked the site but I have searched and I can't
find out where I was. Does anybody out there know the web site I am looking
for.

This is the address where I got the fees information but there doesn't seem
to be a lionk back to the page where I submit the deatils
