Can anybody tell me why I have such trouble with free bmd.

I have yet to suceed getting on. I know the name I am researching JUSON is on
there
because Shirley kindly sent me details. I thought that I would print out all
the instructions this morninmg and read them to see what I was doing wrong, I
got onto districts and put my printer on but the site did not exactly freeze
but I could not get anything, Please please could anybody help
