Hi Deborah - I too have PAF5 program and find it excellent. My AOL crashes
a lot but not specifically when on PAF. For a while I kept getting locked
off and have to restart every other time I saved a file. (very annoying) I
called AOL and they talked me through the steps to change the modem settings
and it happens less often now. Good luck hunting Joyce
