Hello Ian and hello Pat in N Z.

I too am a Pownall and I have made a record of all the details I have to date. My Pownalls all seem to be in and around Macclesfield. I have only got back to my gr.grandfather, James Pownall. His father was John, his mother unknown. I recently posted these details to the list and you must have missed them. I can either repost them to the list or I could send them to you individually. Please let me know if you would like these details because there is always a possibility that you could have the key to help my research.
