Hello all,

I wouldn't bother getting the 1901 on microfiche , not unless you are
minted!

I've just had a quote from the PRO for Toxteth park = 65 microfiche =
£173.00.................. so I've binned that quote. That's just one area
of Liverpool!

Instead I've pre-ordered the 1901 Census for the WHOLE of LANCASHIRE for
about £40 on DVD from S & N Genealogy and I will be happy to wait until it
comes out. I've put a hint in for Cheshire to be done too.

We are an impatient lot us family historians....but dead people do not run
away, they're just hard to find!.
