Hi Judy

It seems from the answers to your question that different churches provide different information on the baptismal records.
St Francis and St Werburghs Churches ( RC) in Chester, provide the mothers maiden name and often a street address !

Perhaps if you mention which church you are interested in someone will know what information is available in that particular church ?
