Hi list:
Just added a new surname to my tree.

On a birth certificate for my Gtgt grandfather in 1838 Emmanuel PRITCHARD is his
mothers name
Hannah CHARTLING or CHANTLING of Robinson st Dukinfield.
I can't find any references to the surname anywhere else.Has anyone come across this
surname before?
