Hi Lee,

My 'in-laws' are in this situation - 2 sisters marrying 2 brothers. It
makes their children 'double cousins'.

Regards

Subject: [CHS] More than cousins?

Hi All,
I recently found out that my Grandmother and her cousin (Les) shared
exactly the same four Grandparents. i.e. my Nain's mother was Les's
father's
sister, AND my Nain's father was Les's mother's brother.

Does anyone know if this is a common situation, and if so, does this type of
'cousin' relationship have a special term?

Thanks,
Lee
